Terms of Service — Downsizer

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Image Downsizer service ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service allows users to upload images for downsizing. Uploaded images are stored temporarily on Amazon S3 for up to 24 hours before deletion. Images are not encrypted while stored on S3. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantees of uptime, availability, or results.

3. User Responsibilities

• • You may not upload illegal content, infringing content, abusive material, or personal data of others without consent.
• • You agree not to misuse the Service (e.g., spamming, denial-of-service attacks, reverse-engineering).

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded images. By uploading, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process and store the images solely for providing the downsizing functionality. We claim no ownership over your content.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We make no guarantees about data security, integrity, or availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, unauthorized access, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of this Service from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
